Welcome in One Click: the platform for the employment inclusion of migrants

In recent months, the Welcome in One Click project, launched by UNHCR in collaboration with the Adecco Foundation, has achieved significant results in facilitating the integration of migrants and refugees into the Italian labour market. Thanks to the participation of over 700 companies and the promotion of more than 30,000 employment inclusion pathways.

Welcome in One Click offers the opportunity to register, upload a resume, and access a wide range of job opportunities. The platform acts as a bridge between these individuals and companies that actively participate in promoting inclusion pathways. Now active for five years, the project has already awarded 522 companies for their commitment to employment inclusion and for promoting over 22,000 labour integration pathways.
