Task force to combat undeclared work

On 28 March 2024, Ministerial Decree No. 50 was issued, which established the ‘Undeclared Work’ task force at the National Labour Inspectorate, in close continuity with the activities already planned in the National Plan for Combating Undeclared Work 2023-2025 and conducted by the National Committee for Preventing and Combating Undeclared Work.

The task force is composed of representatives of the following bodies: Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Health, National Labour Inspectorate, INPS, INAIL, Revenue Agency and Command for Labour Protection.

The main objective of the task force is to implement the guidelines outlined in the Plan and to develop further strategies for supervising and combating undeclared work. This will be done in order to ensure coordinated and effective action in preventing and combating undeclared work, taking into account the particularities of the different economic sectors and territorial realities.
