Formative internships for foreign nationals residing abroad: published the new Vademecum of the Ministry of Labour and Anpal Services to provide information and support on activation procedures and the rules of internships 

The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, with the contribution of ANPAL Services, has drawn up the Vademecum on the activation of training placements for foreign citizens residing in a Third Country in order to provide an informative tool that can be on the one hand support to the competent Administrations for the various phases of the activation procedure of training placements for foreign nationals abroad, the other means of dissemination to the main stakeholders in the labour market on the functionality and potential of this institution. 

The document sets out the role of the various actors involved and analyses in detail the procedure for activating the training course, offering interesting explanations on the entry visa, issue of a residence permit for the purpose of a traineeship and subsequent conversion to a work permit.
