The National Labour Inspectorate has published the forms to request the inspection intervention, in 9 different languages, to make the complaints by migrant workers more accessible. The application forms have been published on the website www.inspectorato.gov.it and are available in the following languages: Italian, English, French, Romanian, Arabic, Urdu, Bengali, Punjabi and Chinese.
A way to make this tool more accessible to migrant workers, which serves to denounce alleged unfair behaviour of employers and trigger an inspection by the Labour Inspectorate.
The form can be used to send reports relating to “undeclared work” and employment relationships differently than those indicated in the contract or the failure to pay financial claims (wages, severance pay, overtime, etc.).
Any useful documentation can be attached to the form to prove what you are reporting. It must then be signed and sent by email, along with a copy of an identity document, to the Territorial Inspectorate of the province of the workplace. Here are the links to the modules in the different languages:
