Include to grow: new training project for migrant and refugee women
The ELIS consortium of companies recently launched the ‘Include to Grow’ project. This initiative aims to foster the labour integration of people who, due to various needs or frailties, are excluded from the labour market. The initial phase of the project is specifically dedicated to migrant and refugee women graduates, offering them the opportunity to apply for a free training and mentoring programme.
The selected women will benefit from training and mentoring aimed at strengthening their applications for open positions in partner companies. Once hired, the beneficiaries will receive further support during their professional integration. Meanwhile, ELIS will promote activities within the companies to strengthen the culture of inclusion and facilitate the welcoming of new colleagues.
Migrant and refugee women interested in participating can register through the ‘Include to Grow’ platform and access a free two-week online training course (4h/day, Monday to Friday) on: team working, effective communication, emotional awareness, digital innovation, personal branding; self empowerment, CV enhancement, LinkedIn and interview simulation.
